Minimum stay 7 nights
In high season we let from 7 nights. Outside high season, shorter stays are possible. Linen packages and final cleaning are always included.
Sylt charges a visitor's tax; the resort card gives you beach access and is handled by the letting service on site. The applicable rates are set by the municipality of Sylt — ask for the current amount when you enquire so you budget with the right figure.

- Key handover
- Handover is managed by a local letting service in Westerland. That means you always have someone on the island to talk to.
- Minimum stay
- In high season we let from seven nights. Outside high season shorter stays are possible — just ask.
- Linen and final cleaning
- Linen packages and final cleaning are always included. Nothing to add on, nothing to do yourself.
- Occupancy
- The apartment is licensed for a maximum of two people. We are not permitted to exceed that.
