Handover is managed by a local letting service in Westerland. That means you always have someone on the island to talk to.
Minimum stay
In high season we let from seven nights. Outside high season shorter stays are possible — just ask.

Linen packages and final cleaning are always included. Nothing to add on, nothing to do yourself.
Occupancy
The apartment is licensed for a maximum of two people. We are not permitted to exceed that.
